Purchased new head unit from All Things Sync for my 2014 Ford F150 King Ranch. Wanted to upgrade old unit to wireless with AndroidAuto/Carplay. Had a few questions before I ordered unit. Mitral called me within a few minutes of sending original email request to answer questions before I purchased unit. I also had a few questions after purchase and Mitral responded to my emails very quickly. The unit is OEM and programmed specifically for your vehicle and so much more economical than going through Ford for new unit. Installing unit yourself is fairly easy if you are handy. Don't purchase a knock off from somewhere else that you don't where it is coming from, quality unit, or will get great customer support.

The dealership wanted almost $2k to replace the APIM on my 2018 F150! Thanks to Mitral at All Things Sync, I was able todo it myself in just about an hour for $450! Mitral was quick to answer my questions - even after hours - and the module shipped quickly to my house. I spent a couple dollars at Harbor Freight to get trim tools, watched a YouTube video and an hour later had it all back and actually better than before because it had the Sync updated. Would definitely recommend!

was super easy to upgrade. plug and play. started, cleaned up and finished in less than an hour. Loving car play in dash and retaining the stock look is important to me.

This was not the first Sync 3 attempt for my F450. That had a screen that would jump all over to many different selections. Company went out of business so I put the Sync 2 back in. Then after awhile the touch screen didn't
like being touched and calibration failed. Went to all things sync and saw that Mitral sold the Sync 3 and had the 8.4 screen after much debate went with it.
Wow what a difference with company that answers questions within minutes. Instructions that explain why you need the gps even if not using the terrible Ford navigation. Unit installed and screen is perfect. Love it.

Purchased the Sync3 upgrade. Got a message to confirm my Vin#. I reversed 2 numbers, Mitral Shah caught the error and saved me a whole lot of headaches. The system was easy to install, and worked immediately, my Sirius was working as well. Great product and great team working there. Thanks

MyAPIM was not working on a Ford Escape I recently purchased, found All Things Sync on my search of trusted vendors. I a beyond happy with the experience! Communication was great and speed to get the unit to me was fast. Only took 4 business days from order to delivery. After 25 minutes of work I had a fully restored sync system that has greatly enhanced my driving experience of my new Escape. I fully appreciate the effort by All Things Sync to get my Escape system working properly and upgraded to the right USB hub so I can use Apple CarPlay as well. Awesome quality, and all OEM parts! Install took only about 15 minutes and everything works as it should. Definitely an upgrade I'd recommend for anyone wanting to add carplay/Android Auto to their Ford.

Purchased this kit because my SYNC 2 screen burned out and the dealership wanted $3,000 plus labor to fix it. With this kit, I was able to save that money AND upgrade to a better system than they would've given me!

Everything came well packaged and after an easy install, it all worked without issue. Money well spent.

Works great I even added a Metra Axxess
AXAMP-FD2 to add Front Rear and Sub RCA‘s so I could use the factory radio with a 4 channel amp and a subwoofer amp. The kit worked flawlessly with the interface. The only issue I had was the back up camera wouldn’t work after the swap but I downloaded FORscan and was able to turn the back up cam on from there.

Took less than 20 min to install. Works great. Had an issue with car play at first. Not sure if it was the cord or the phone. New cord and phone restart and works perfectly.

Everything perfect, they contact me to explain how the 3.4 works on my 2016 truck for car play. told me that i have to upgrade the usb hub and gave the part# cuz i didnt know that i have to do that, the service was perfect. The package came well protected and on time. I installed on my truck and work perfect. No more apim problems i wish i can upload a picture of a before and after of the process but judgme doesnt let me. Thank you for your service i really aprecciate

Purchased this upgrade for my Son’s 2013 Lincoln MKS and it was worth every penny. The screen is very clear, colorful, and it made the backup camera clearer as well. I had to reuse the mounting brackets and hardware from the Sync 2 screen which worked perfectly, and the hardware fit well. Buy it!

Just installed my Sync 1 to 3 upgrade in 2016 F150. Couldn't be happier. Wiring harness much simpler to install than some of those high dollar kits. Customer service exceptional. I had a couple questions. Responded very fast. Highly recommend All Things Sync.

My apim was failing on my sync 2 unit this is such a massive upgrade just the CarPlay makes it worth it for me being seemless integration with all oem systems makes it even better

Upgraded because the original Bluetooth module failed, well worth the money wife loves the new interface, the speed and touchscreen sensitivity is so much better.

Device works as suppose to. Huge upgrade from sync 2 to the sync 3 everything was included, install was easy and dealing with customer service was exceptional to place my order. Highly recommend. 5/5 for both the product and company itself.

This kit is completely plug and play. No modification necessary. Great upgrade over the sync 2. The navigation is much nicer than the sync2. Seamless apple carplay integration.
