The new infotainment center is great. It even says Lincoln instead of SYNC, which I like. The install didn't seem to fit until I realized that I had to remove the bracket from the old screen and use it on the new one. I highly recommend your company.
My trucks screen was starting to lag and freeze up. Tried doing the update via WiFi and usb drive. My APIM wouldn’t take the update either way. Ordered a new one from here. Showed up a few says later. Installed it in about 15 minutes and everything works like it did new.

This was a plug and play installation that took less than 10 minutes in my case. This is one of the best modifications that can be done to update a vehicle besides cosmetics. Mitral is professional and expeditious with orders and offers superior customer service.
They confirmed at 9pm they could ship the APIM the next day, it arrived 2 days later via priority mail and it was a fairly easy install. Its been working for a few weeks so I expect it's fixed..

skeptical with all the upgrade sites, i googled this one and took a a chance. price was better than others. but the reviews from this one kept drawing me near. took my daughters 2013 fusion from outdated and slow to new popping and carplay/droid auto. this is a game changer for a college student. she not complaining anymore.
Purchased this for my Mustang GT base model and it was absolutely worth it. The box had everything I needed and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Everything is working as it should. I even programmed the GT 350 logo into the screen while I was already in ForScan. Would highly recommend.
I was a little skeptical at first since this isn’t a cheap upgrade and never have heard of this seller but when I tell you it was so worth it! For my 2019 mustang it was an easy upgrade as everything is plug and play. After I uploaded the files provided to my car using ForScan, I ran into a few issues with my climate control BUT when I say the customer support was incredible, it made the whole process and experience so much better. They were able to provide me new files and assist with any other issues or questions I had. I highly recommend this product from this seller. Just this one upgrade has transformed my car!
Everything works just fine. 2018 Ford F-150 APIM. I changed it out myself in the driveway. It wasn't that difficult to do. I saved $1,200 by doing it myself instead of having the dealership replace it for me.

After dealing with a frustrating parasitic battery drain issue caused by a previous aftermarket Sync 3 setup in my 2014 Lincoln MKT, I reached out to them for help. They were incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and honest throughout the entire process.
They set me up with a genuine OEM Ford/Lincoln APIM that was properly programmed to my VIN, preloaded with the latest Sync 3.4 software and maps, and configured correctly to eliminate the sleep/drain issues that had been driving me crazy. Everything worked exactly as promised right out of the box — navigation, CarPlay, Lincoln splash screen, themes, and most importantly, the vehicle finally goes to sleep properly with no more dead battery problems.
Their communication and support were top-notch from start to finish. You can tell they truly know these systems inside and out and actually care about helping customers get things working correctly. Just got mine in the mail today, it was delivered by the promised date. Got it installed and so far everything works perfect and is programmed to my VIN, we will see if there are any hiccups as time goes on but for now you guys seem reliable and trustworthy!

My Ford Sync was giving my all kinds of fits. After speaking with my local Ford dealer about my issues, I was told I needed a new APIM. For a mere $1500, they could fix my issues. All Things Sync to the rescue!! I ordered a replacement from them for $499 and it arrived very quickly. I watched one YouTube video and replaced it myself with zero issues!! My Ford Sync works like it’s supposed to now! I couldn’t ask for better service and quality!

Purchased new head unit from All Things Sync for my 2014 Ford F150 King Ranch. Wanted to upgrade old unit to wireless with AndroidAuto/Carplay. Had a few questions before I ordered unit. Mitral called me within a few minutes of sending original email request to answer questions before I purchased unit. I also had a few questions after purchase and Mitral responded to my emails very quickly. The unit is OEM and programmed specifically for your vehicle and so much more economical than going through Ford for new unit. Installing unit yourself is fairly easy if you are handy. Don't purchase a knock off from somewhere else that you don't where it is coming from, quality unit, or will get great customer support.

The dealership wanted almost $2k to replace the APIM on my 2018 F150! Thanks to Mitral at All Things Sync, I was able todo it myself in just about an hour for $450! Mitral was quick to answer my questions - even after hours - and the module shipped quickly to my house. I spent a couple dollars at Harbor Freight to get trim tools, watched a YouTube video and an hour later had it all back and actually better than before because it had the Sync updated. Would definitely recommend!
was super easy to upgrade. plug and play. started, cleaned up and finished in less than an hour. Loving car play in dash and retaining the stock look is important to me.
