Super easy and self explanatory installation.Screen looks way better than the previous sync 2. I haven’t had it very long, but I am looking forward to seeing how it holds up.

My 2016 F150 head unit would take a few minutes to turn on and apple car play and Bluetooth stopped working. I bought a replacement APIM from All Things Sync and now everything works again! It was a very easy install, took about 30 minutes with no prior experience pulling off trim pieces and watching a you tube video step by step. If you know what you are doing, could probably be done in under 10 minutes. The best part was the APIM was plug and play. It came already programmed and worked immediately. I can’t believe I waited months when this was so easy and less expensive then I had anticipated. Would definitely order from them again.
Made it feel like a new car. Install was pretty straightforward, if you've ever put a car radio in, you could definitely do this.

Pretty good! The regular bluetooth is a second laggy when changing a song, when using Apple car play it doesn’t.
Apple car play will glitch out once in a while though. Over all 4/5 stars

I recently purchased a Sync 3 system to upgrade my Sync 2 on my Ford Edge. I was very impressed with the response time and clear explanation to all my questions. The product arrived quickly (understand that each Sync system is programmed to your individual vehicle specs so you’re not getting an overnight delivery). The product was packed very well. I followed instructions found on YouTube to replace my old Sync 2. The new Sync 3 fired up right away and I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and am extremely happy with my purchase. Works better than the factory unit that came in my truck and looks better too. Fast shipping came 3 days early from what original delivery date was.

Ordered 2 systems and installed in a 2015 Mustang GT Premium and a 2014 Escape Titanium. The only hiccup with either of them is a known issue with sync 3 and the Escape. The A/C indicator on the screen is opposite of the A/C indicator on the climate control screen below it. It'll need to be jail broken to fix, but not a real issue either way. Make sure to have some extra trim clips in case any break, other than that - piece of cake. Thank you All Things Sync!
