Important Information for 2016 Vehicles

Many 2016 Ford and Lincoln vehicles use the original first-generation USB hub, which does not support Apple CarPlay and may not be compatible with SYNC 3.4.

If your 2016 vehicle still has the original USB hub, we will provide the latest compatible SYNC software for your existing configuration rather than installing SYNC 3.4 and causing a "USB Hub Not Supported" message.

If you would like SYNC 3.4 and Apple CarPlay, the USB hub can be upgraded separately.

Android Auto can continue to work with the original compatible 2016 USB hub.

Worked perfectly!

My 2016 F150 head unit would take a few minutes to turn on and apple car play and Bluetooth stopped working. I bought a replacement APIM from All Things Sync and now everything works again! It was a very easy install, took about 30 minutes with no prior experience pulling off trim pieces and watching a you tube video step by step. If you know what you are doing, could probably be done in under 10 minutes. The best part was the APIM was plug and play. It came already programmed and worked immediately. I can’t believe I waited months when this was so easy and less expensive then I had anticipated. Would definitely order from them again.

Fixed my 2019 F350

My trucks screen was starting to lag and freeze up. Tried doing the update via WiFi and usb drive. My APIM wouldn’t take the update either way. Ordered a new one from here. Showed up a few says later. Installed it in about 15 minutes and everything works like it did new.

Everything works just fine

Everything works just fine. 2018 Ford F-150 APIM. I changed it out myself in the driveway. It wasn't that difficult to do. I saved $1,200 by doing it myself instead of having the dealership replace it for me.

Great product so far!

Just got mine in the mail today, it was delivered by the promised date. Got it installed and so far everything works perfect and is programmed to my VIN, we will see if there are any hiccups as time goes on but for now you guys seem reliable and trustworthy!
