The only thing included in this listing is the Sync 3 APIM. Nothing else is included. Pictures are for reference. APIM may have a different part number or look slightly different but will be 100% functional.
2016 model year Fords and Lincolns had an older usb hub from factory which only allows android auto and does not support 3.4 version. If you have a 2016, you will have to either update your hub or I will install software version 3.3 so you don't get a hub not supported error.

My 2016 F150 head unit would take a few minutes to turn on and apple car play and Bluetooth stopped working. I bought a replacement APIM from All Things Sync and now everything works again! It was a very easy install, took about 30 minutes with no prior experience pulling off trim pieces and watching a you tube video step by step. If you know what you are doing, could probably be done in under 10 minutes. The best part was the APIM was plug and play. It came already programmed and worked immediately. Thank you for sending the replacement APIM. I installed it as soon as I received it a few days later. I have a functioning head unit now at a great price. The dealership wanted almost $2k for the replacement. I had it replaced in less than an hour with the help of some online videos.

Received new APIM and it worked perfectly. So nice to have SYNC working in my car again! Would have cost me $1500 to have Ford fix it. Great company!
