Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received. To start a return, you can contact us using the Contact Us page. For defective items, we will pay for return shipping. For non defective items, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If there is any physical damage or any of the temper proof labels are missing or altered there will be no refunds.
Fees for cancellations before shipping:
Our payment processors charge us a 3% fee on all US orders and 4% fee for worldwide orders. This fee is non refundable. All cancellations before shipping will incur the processing fees.
Restocking/Return fees for non defective items:
1. For APIM orders: There will be a $100 deduction for programming, payment processing, shipping and packaging.
2. For kits: There will be a $100 deduction for sync 2 to 3 kits and $200 deduction for all 4 to 8 conversions provided everything is not used. If the screen protector is removed, the restocking fee will be an extra $50.
3. For screens: There is a 50% restocking fee. This is to cover new digitizers, payment processing, shipping and packaging.
4. No refunds on Programming, GPS antennas (unless defective, then a replacement will be sent).
5. For any international returns, buyer is responsible for return shipping and any fees incurred to All Things Sync to get it back to our location. No exceptions.
6. For any international returns due to non payment of import fees, buyer will be responsible for payment processing fees, shipping fees and all costs incurred to get the order back. No exceptions.
Restocking/Return fees for defective items:
There are no fees for any defective items. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for defective items, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
